Empowering Learning Ltd. is recruiting Teaching Assistants for a September start at an Outstanding secondary special school in Hillingdon. You’ll support pupils with SLD, PMLD and Autism, aiding communication, learning and personal development, under the guidance of teachers and therapists.

We are seeking compassionate, reliable and proactive individuals with a genuine passion for SEND education and the ability to work well in a dedicated team. DBS enhanced preferred.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS on the Child & Adult Workforce (or willingness to obtain one)
• Professional references covering the last two years
• Right to work in the UK

Responsabilités

• Supporting students with SLD, PMLD and Autism
• Assisting with communication, learning and personal development
• Working closely with teachers and therapists
• Providing personal care where required
• Helping create a safe, positive and engaging learning environment
