The role
Vision for Education is currently recruiting a SEND Teaching Assistant to join a Primary school in Leeds (LS17) to start in July 2025 on a Full-Time basis. Working in this Primary school as part of an established team, the desired SEND Teaching Assistant will be working 1-2-1 with SEND pupils who have communication needs, so someone with empathy, patience and a real caring side will be required. Ideally you will have supported pupils with SEND needs previously as well as experience of supporting and implementing EHCPs would be advantageous.

Requirements
The desired SEND Teaching Assistant will have:
• Have experience working with Primary School aged children.
• Have experience working with pupils with SEND.
• Have a passion for helping to support teaching staff across all subjects.
