The Lincoln Saints Federation is hiring a Teaching Assistant Level 1 (SEND) at St Francis Special School in Lincoln. The role is 32.5 hours per week, term-time plus one week, on a maternity cover basis, supporting students with a range of complex needs and disabilities.

You will work as part of a supportive team, with safeguarding and professional development opportunities. The post requires patience, resilience, and a proactive, collaborative approach to help pupils reach their potential.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role or willingness to learn and develop skills.
• Experience working with young people with anxiety or mental health needs.
• Experience with complex and challenging behaviours and profound and multiple learning difficulties.
• Experience using sensory strategies and working in care settings.
