About The Role

Contract Type: Fixed Term
Working Hours: Part Time, 30 hours per week
Number of Positions: 1
Qualifications Required:Numeracy/literacy skills (at a level equivalent to NQF Level 2)
Start Date: 4th September 2025
Salary: £22,737 per annum

The Governing Board wish to appoint a dedicated and hardworking SEND Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support, starting on Thursday 4th September 2025.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, who is passionate and motivated about children's learning and will be committed to the positive ethos of the school.

You will have:

  • Evidence of good/outstanding practice in EYFS and Key Stage 1.
  • Have knowledge and experience working with children with SEND.
  • A compassionate and caring approach to working with children, parents and colleagues.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • A commitment to nurturing success in every child.
  • The ability to use your initiative to improve the quality of provision further.
  • Excellent time management, organisation and ICT skills to support your role and effectiveness.
