Protocol Education are currently recruiting teaching assistants to work in an outstanding school in Merton to start from September 2025 This school offers teachings assistants the opportunity to work all ages such as early years, primary and secondary students and will provide training throughout the role. This particular school are looking for individuals who enjoy working with children of all ages, comfortable working with special needs and are passionate about making a positive impact in students learning and development. No experience is required, but commitment, passion and dedication are key attributes the school are looking for. As a teaching assistant you will be working in small class sizes of 6 - 8 students per class where you will follow a set curriculum developing speech & language, teach vocabulary and comprehension through visual resources, support students in cores subjects such as numeracy and literacy and assist in creative lessons such as art, music, cooking and sensory play.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
