Pay: £90 to £115 per day (Depending on experience)

Your Mission: Support, Inspire, Empower

As a SEND Teaching Assistant (SEND TA), you will play a key role in helping students overcome challenges and reach their full potential. You’ll work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEND
• Assist in adapting learning materials and activities to meet individual needs
• Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to ensure consistent support
• Promote independence and confidence in students’ learning and development
• Monitor and report on student progress and well-being
• Help create a classroom environment where all students feel safe, valued, and included
• Maintain clear and effective communication with staff, students, and families
• Support students’ emotional and behavioural needs with empathy and patience

What You Bring

• Experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting
• A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet diverse student needs
• Additional training in areas such as autism, speech and language, or behaviour management is desirable but not essential
