A leading educational organization seeks dedicated Teaching Assistants to support learners with Autism and complex needs in Bradford. FTE £17,380 – £19,698 (Salary based on experience & qualifications)
Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 32.5 hours per week - Family-friendly hours, especially if you have school-aged children!
We are seeking Teaching Assistants to work at a school for learners with Autism and other complex needs in the North West Leeds area. The school is generally accessible by public transport.
We are working closely with a specialist school in North and West Bradford that is looking for Teaching Assistants to join a dedicated team of highly skilled teachers and learning support staff. Pupils are supported by an experienced pastoral team, including communication & interaction leaders, pastoral & family support officers, and behaviour support workers. All staff work closely with families and the local community to offer pupils the best opportunities. Many learners have a diagnosis of Autism and related conditions, but there is a wide range of needs across both primary and secondary areas. Class sizes typically range from 6 to 9 learners.

Pay rates quoted include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, with potential for permanent roles later.
