Job summary

Academics is seeking a passionate Teaching Assistant to support children with a range of needs in a classroom or mainstream setting. The roles include part-time, full-time and long-term positions with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Successful applicants will earn a minimum of £90 per day. A team-teach qualification is desirable but not essential. Prior experience with SEND and comfort with personal care are highly valued by the client.

Although experience of working with a variety of needs is preferred, what's essential is that you have a passion and enthusiasm for going above and beyond for children of all needs.. There are part time, full time and long term roles with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Successful candidates will earn a minimum of £90 a day. A team teach qualification is desired but not essential.

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role in either a mainstream or specialist setting.

Salary will be determined by the successful candidate's qualifications and relevant experience, and will be in accordance with the client's pay policy.
