Role: SEND Teaching Assistant

Rate of pay: £83 - £95 Per Day Dependant on experience

Location: Birmingham Erdington

About the role

Connex Education is seeking a dynamic and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a local primary school in Erdington. You will be responsible for planning high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the specific needs of the children. Your focus will be on supporting both the academic and emotional growth of the children, helping to prepare them for life beyond education. This role includes managing challenging behaviour and using effective strategies to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
