As a SEND Teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with students who have a range of special educational needs. Your role will be to create a supportive and nurturing environment where every child can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.   • Adapt the Curriculum: Tailor lessons and activities to meet the diverse learning needs of students with SEND, ensuring they can access the curriculum and achieve their potential.
  • Provide Targeted Support: Work one-on-one and in small groups to provide focused teaching and intervention for students with SEND.
  • Track and Monitor Progress: Regularly assess and monitor students' progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods to support their development.
  • Foster an Inclusive Environment: Create an environment where every student feels safe, valued, and supported to learn and grow.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with teaching assistants, external specialists, and other school staff to ensure the best possible support is in place for students.
  • Engage with Parents and Carers: Build strong relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and involving them in the support process.
