Overview

Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher looking for your next fulfilling role? We are currently working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school seeking a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

Location: Slough

Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Key Stage: Primary (EYFS – KS2, depending on experience)

Duration: Ongoing with potential for long-term/permanent placement

Responsibilities

The Role:

You will be supporting children with a range of special educational needs, delivering tailored lessons that meet individual learning styles. The school has excellent support systems in place, and you’ll be working closely with a skilled SENCO and support staff to help each child thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven experience teaching pupils with SEND in a primary setting
  • Ability to differentiate and adapt planning to meet EHCP targets
  • A nurturing, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals
