An educational support service is seeking an experienced SEND Teacher in Swindon to work with children aged 11-19 with autism and varying needs. The role supports KS3-5 classes and requires UK QTS. Candidates must have teaching experience in the UK and be available for a fixed-term contract starting ASAP until April 2026. Benefits include weekly pay and training opportunities.
SEND Teacher - Autism, SLD, PMLD – Location: Swindon
Elementa are recruiting for an experienced SEND Teacher to work at a special school setting for children aged 11-19, with additional needs relating to autism, MLD and PMLD. All of the children have an EHCP for their conditions. Ofsted has graded the school as ‘Good’ overall and the school is part of a large, well-managed trust and well-resourced.
This role is to provide support across KS3 – 5 classes. It could suit an ECT with prior experience supporting SEND learners, however the role cannot support ECT induction.
Type: fixed-term contract
Hours: Full-time or Part-time
Dates: ASAP – 02/04/2026
