The school is seeking a passionate team player for a short-term role, with potential for long-term placement for the right candidate. The successful SEND Teacher will bring new skills, be eager to develop professionally, and positively impact the wider school community.

The position involves working with students across all Key Stages with diagnoses of Autism / ASD, SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties, and challenging behaviours. A proactive approach and confidence in managing situations are essential.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working with children with additional needs/disabilities
  • Experience working with students with SEMH and challenging behaviours
  • Qualified Teacher Status / QTS
  • Team-Teach or MAPA qualifications (desirable)
