  • Monitoring and Assessing Progress: Regularly assess students' progress, adapting strategies as necessary, and setting achievable targets to ensure ongoing development.
  • Fostering an Inclusive Classroom Environment: Create a safe and welcoming space for all students, where differences are celebrated, and every child feels valued.
  • Building Strong Relationships with Parents: Engage with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and working together to support their development.
  • Contributing to Whole-School Initiatives: Participate in school-wide programs that promote inclusion and the well-being of all students.
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a SEND Teacher who:

  • Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Has experience teaching students with SEND and a deep understanding of different special educational needs.
