Pay Range/Grade: MPS 1-6 (Plus allowances SEN/TLR)

Hours of work: 32.5 per week
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Class Teacher to join Holybrook Primary School in the Horizons Centre, SEMH Resourced Provision.
Holybrook Primary School is a happy, lively, caring school at the heart of the vibrant, strong Eccleshill village community. We are fortunate to have large, airy classrooms in our school and our outside grounds are extensive and beautiful. Holybrook and Horizons was recently judged to be ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted and are now looking to recruit a highly skilled Class Teacher who is passionate about educating children with SEMH needs.
We opened our Resourced Provision in September 2020. It is a new provision which replaces our behaviour centre, as the district’s needs have changed, to meet the needs of this growing population within the city of Bradford. Experience, knowledge and/or passion for teaching pupils with SEMH needs is desired for this role. You will be joining an experienced team who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in supporting our children’s needs.
Holybrook Primary School is part of Exceed Academies Trust, which currently consists of fourteen academies; ten primary schools, an all-through primary-to-secondary academy, two alternative provision academies (Primary and Secondary), and a specialist setting for children/young people who suffer from social, emotional and mental health difficulties. The Trust has an excellent reputation within Bradford and beyond, and an outstanding track record of supporting staff in developing their careers through specialist training lead by the Exceed Teaching School Hub and our Outstanding SCITT.

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience of raising standards in all areas of the curriculum.
Successful experience of using positive pupil and classroom management strategies
