Job summary

Empowering Learning Ltd in Redbridge is seeking a qualified SEND Teacher for a secondary role in our SEN school. This full-time position offers daily pay between 145 and 205 depending on experience.

You will work with Autistic pupils, including verbal and nonverbal learners and those with Complex Needs, tailoring a curriculum and interventions to each child to maximise access to learning. Requirements include QTS / PGCE / QTLS or Teacher Training, a Graduate in any field, an enhanced DBS (update

Qualifications

• SEN experience in ASC, Complex Needs or Challenging Behaviour is required.
• QTS / PGCE / QTLS or Teacher Training is essential.
• Graduate in any field.
• Enhanced DBS, preferably on the update service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lessons to secondary students in an SEN environment.
• Teach a range of subjects: Maths, Communication, Science, Music, Play, Humanities and PHSE.
• Create and implement inclusive, Autism-friendly learning interventions.
