Overview

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher for an exciting opportiunty to work in a brand new school.

The ideal candidate for this position must have prior experience in a similar setting, the role is temporary for a term, with the opportinuty to apply for the role to become a pernament position.

The School

Brand-new school meeting the needs of 40 young people aged 4 -11, with a diagnosis of autism and who may also have a range of complex learning needs, communication and sensory difficulties.

The Role

• Full-time SEN Teacher, working 37.5 hours a week
• Class of 6 children with 3 Teaching Assistants

Responsibilities

• Lesson planning
• Adapting learning materials to suit each students learning styles.
• Foster a positive learning environment through interactive activities..
• Monitor and track progress of children's development.
