Job description

A welcoming and supportive setting in Droylsden is looking to recruit a caring and enthusiastic Teacher to join their close-knit team starting in January 2026 on a full‑time basis. This role involves working with a small class of six wonderful children, most of whom have autistic needs, in a calm and nurturing learning environment.

The position is open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced staff, making it a great opportunity for anyone passionate about inclusive education. The successful teacher will deliver individualised and meaningful learning goals, helping each child progress at their own pace while celebrating every achievement along the way.

The team is looking for someone who:

  • Is a positive and reliable team player, happy to work closely with support staff and families
  • Feels comfortable supporting personal care needs with dignity and sensitivity
  • Has a genuine passion for helping children with additional needs, particularly autism
