We are looking to appoint a compassionate, skilled and enthusiastic SEND Teacher to join a dedicated team. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with a range of special educational needs. Starting September 2025.

Duties as SEND Teacher:

Plan and deliver personalised, inclusive lessons tailored to individual learning needs

Create a supportive and structured environment that enables pupils to thrive academically, socially and emotionally

Use a variety of assessment methods to monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, families and external agencies

Contribute to the development and review of EHCPs, behaviour plans and individual targets

Promote independence, confidence and resilience in all pupils

Ideal SEND Teacher:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

Have experience working with children with a range of SEND (e.g. ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD)

Be confident in using differentiated teaching strategies and specialist resources

Demonstrate excellent communication, classroom management and teamworking skills as a SEND Teacher.

Be reflective, patient, and passionate about inclusive education
