Simply Education is recruiting a compassionate and experienced SEND Teacher on behalf of a dedicated SEND school in Newark. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to teach students with severe learning disabilities, contributing significantly to their learning, development, and overall well-being. This role will be full-time and has the potential to lead to a permanent position.

About the Role
  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students with severe learning disabilities.
  • Implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and track student progress.
  • Support students in accessing the curriculum and developing essential life skills.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Utilise your knowledge of the EYFS framework to support early learning goals.
  • Work collaboratively with therapists, support staff, and parents to provide holistic support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
About You
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
