Keys is recruiting a SEND Teacher for Lexden Hall School in Colchester, opening as a specialist SEMH and Autism provision for KS2 to KS4.
You will plan and deliver inclusive lessons, manage behaviour, prepare materials, and liaise with parents. The role requires commitment to SEND students and QTS/QTLS.

To plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching that meets the diverse needs of pupils with complex needs and challenging behaviours. The Teacher will model professional integrity and the EPIC values, work collaboratively within the school community, and adhere strictly to the Staff Code of Conduct to promote a safe, respectful, and nurturing learning environment.
Lexden will shortly open its doors! This will be a specialist SEMH and Autism provision for pupils across Key Stages 2 to 4, focusing on those who have experienced school-based trauma, present with EBSNA profiles, or need something slightly different to help them reengage with education.
