Masterclass Education is recruiting qualified SEN teachers for September 2026 across South Yorkshire. We welcome experienced SEN professionals and mainstream teachers transitioning into specialist education.

We're Looking For Teachers Who Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching any key stage or subject (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people with additional needs
• The ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Patience, resilience and a flexible approach to teaching
• A good understanding of the National Curriculum

Desirable (but not essential)

• Previous SEN or specialist education experience
• Additional training such as Team Teach, PECS, Makaton or similar
