Job summary

Milk Education is seeking SEND Support Workers to join schools and specialist settings in Surrey and beyond from September. You'll provide 1:1 and small-group support to children and young people with SEND, helping them access learning and build independence.

This role offers a varied mix of short-term and longer-term assignments, with fast-track registration and CPD through Milk Academy. You will work closely with teachers, SENCOs and support staff to create a safe, inclusive learning

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND is desirable.
• Previous experience in a school, care, youth work or similar setting.
• Patient, reliable and confident approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding.
• Relevant Level 2/3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Health & Social Care or similar is desirable.

SEND Support Worker – Surrey – From September

Milk Education is recruiting SEND Support Workers for schools and specialist settings across Liverpool, with opportunities available from September on a short-term, long-term, permanent or temp-to-perm basis.

You’ll support children and young people with SEND and additional needs, helping them access learning, develop independence and achieve their potential.
