Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a SEND Support Assistant for a primary school in Heaton, Newcastle upon Tyne. The role focuses on supporting children with learning, communication and emotional needs. You will provide tailored 1:1 and small-group interventions to help pupils access learning and enjoy school life.

The position is full-time and long-term, with a daily pay rate of £92.63–£102. There is potential for permanency and you will work as part of the school's SEND team.

A nurturing primary school in Heaton is looking for a SEND Support Assistant to work with pupils who require additional support with learning, communication and emotional regulation.

You'll provide tailored support that helps children build confidence, access learning and enjoy school life.

Location: Heaton

Pay: £92.63 - £102 per day

Contract: Full-time, Long-Term
