Are you passionate about supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team at a school in the Twickenham area, working with both primary and secondary students.

Position: SEND Support Specialist (Primary and Secondary)

Location: Twickenham

Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support for students with ASD, ADHD, and other complex needs
• Develop and implement individualized strategies to enhance student engagement and academic performance
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and monitor individual learning plans
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for both primary and secondary students

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEND, particularly those with ASD and ADHD
• Ability to manage challenging behaviours and promote positive outcomes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and proactive in supporting student development
