Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic SEND Supply Teachers to support pupils across Ascent Academies' Trust in the North East. You'll deliver engaging lessons, adapt learning to individual needs and foster an inclusive classroom environment.

As a trusted MSP partner for Ascent Academies' Trust, Vision for Education offers regular day-to-day, short-term and long-term supply opportunities, with excellent pay and dedicated support from a Newcastle SEND consultant.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with children or young people
• Passion for supporting pupils with SEND
• Ability to adapt teaching to individual needs
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• Flexible to work across specialist settings
• Patient, positive and resilient approach
• Ability to work with Teaching Assistants and support staff

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, accessible lessons in specialist settings
• Adapt learning to meet individual needs and create an inclusive classroom
• Collaborate with Teaching Assistants and other professionals to support pupils' progress
• Provide SEND-focused support across placements
