Excelcare is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the development of new SEN educational facilities from initial planning through to mobilisation. You will bridge educational strategy, infrastructure and pupil placement for SEND, guiding projects to successful occupancy.
You will oversee planning, design, regulatory submissions and mobilisation, coordinate with architects, authorities and internal teams, and shape staffing models, policies and systems to ensure high-quality provision.
Salary: £65,000 - £72,000 depending on experience
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to Lead the development of new SEN educational facilities/schools to manage the pre-opening activities and ensure the building infrastructure is ready for occupation. The role will involve guiding each project from early planning through to operational mobilisation, bridging the gap between educational strategy, infrastructure and pupil placement for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Our head office is based in Bromley, Kent, however the role will involve some travel in South East England. The role is ideal for a professional with previous experience in commissioning and project delivery within education, SEND or children's services.
