Job summary

Warwickshire County Council is seeking a SEND Resolution Officer to join our dedicated team. You will work with families, young people and colleagues across Warwickshire using restorative practice approaches to support positive outcomes for our SEND learners.

This is a fixed term post for one year. You will feed into the local authority’s current processes and practice to ensure collaborative working remains central to achieving successful destinations for our young people.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  • Experience or familiarity with restorative practice approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Work with families, young people and colleagues across Warwickshire using restorative practice to support positive outcomes for SEND.
  • Feed into the local authority’s processes to ensure collaborative working is central to achieving outcomes for young people with SEND.
  • Contribute to delivery and alignment with SENDAR/Homefront processes and EHC planning as part of a dedicated team.

We are looking to appoint a SEND Resolution Officer to join our dedicated team of Area Leads, EHC Plan Coordinators, Assistant Plan Coordinators, Business Support Officers, Brokerage and SENDAR Delivery Lead. This will be a fixed term postion for one year.
