Job Title: SEND Quality Assurance Officer
Salary:£37,036 - £39,513 per annum
35 Hours per Week
Location: Hybrid from home and Wildwood, Worcester
Team: SEND Improvement
Permanent
The Role:
We are looking for a self-motivated, knowledgeable and enthusiastic individual who will help drive forward future improvements in the way we do things in SEND services. We know that having a robust, effective and responsive Quality Assurance Framework is key in ensuring children and families consistently receive first class support from us and are looking for someone who will help build on the significant improvements to this that we have already made.
As a SEND Quality Assurance Officer your role will be to support the development and implementation of our SEND Quality Assurance Framework using your expert knowledge and experience of SEND. You will work directly with staff within SEND services and with our colleagues across the partnership. Your work will be varied and will include some direct contact with parents and carers, management and administration of our internal quality assurance processes, undertaking audits as well as responsibility for the development of our future quality assurance work.
You will be able to produce high quality reports on what our quality assurance work is telling us and highly skilled in translating that learning into improvement and developments in practice. This will involve liaising with managers and EHCP Coordinators to identify the most effective ways of implementing changes and ‘completing the loop’ with our quality assurance work.
