We are currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Tutor (Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent) to provide 1:1 tuition for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils.

As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups, helping them build confidence, close learning gaps, and achieve their academic goals.

  3. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages both academic and personal growth.
  4. Keep clear records of each session and provide end-of-week feedback reports to track student progress.
  5. Previous experience working within education—whether as a qualified teacher (QTS), tutor, cover supervisor, or teaching assistant.
  6. Confidence in teaching and engaging primary-aged pupils (KS1 & KS2).
  7. An understanding of a range of SEND needs is highly desirable.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students and families.
