Send Primary Teaching Assistant in Waltham Forest, London Borough of Waltham Forest

Axcis Education Recruitment is working with a school in Waltham Forest to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant. The role involves working on a 1:1 basis and with small groups of students with complex needs. Candidates should be prepared for personal care duties and/or have a background in personal care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with SEND individuals
• Excellent SEN knowledge
• At least 1 year of references

Preferred Skills:

• Driving license
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Reliability, confidence, and flexibility

Details:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
• Based on a public transport route
• Temporary position with potential to go permanent for suitable candidates
• Pay: £95 per day minimum
