Job summary

Education Experts seeks an experienced SEND specialist to provide interim support at a site in Kidderminster. The role is initially temporary and part-time (3 days per week) to cover PPA and support the current team with stability and practice development.

Ideal candidates will have experience with pupils aged 7–17 with severe or multiple learning difficulties and proven DBS clearance and right-to-work documentation. An informal meeting will be arranged with the Headteacher to discuss needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK SEND education setting.
• Valid right to work in the UK.
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
• Strong references.

Responsibilities

• Provide interim support at the site.
• Deliver PPA cover 3 days per week.
• Support current team to create stability and develop practices.
• Work with pupils aged 7–17 with SEND.
