Job description

We are seeking a dedicatedSEND Nursery Assistantto join our team as bank staff, providing essential support to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities in a nurturing nursery environment.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant childcare or SEND qualification (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or equivalent)
  • Current DBS on the update service
  • Access to a car for reliable travel to work locations
  • Ability to work flexible shifts on a zero-hour contract basis

Role Overview:

As a SEND Nursery Assistant, you will support the lead practitioners in delivering personalised care and learning opportunities for children with SEND. Your role will involve assisting with daily routines, supporting communication and social development, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
