Hamilton School in Reading, part of Maiden Erlegh Trust, is seeking a SEND Manager to coordinate SEND administration and operational processes across the school, including annual reviews, EHCP procedures and external agency liaison.
You will maintain accurate SEND records, data and provision mapping, monitor attendance and progress, and provide guidance and training to staff on SEND and inclusion. Line management of up to four Teaching Assistants is included.

Hamilton School is seeking a highly organised, proactive and committed SEND Manager to play a key role in supporting the delivery of effective SEND provision across our school.
Working closely with the SENCO and wider school team, you will coordinate a wide range of SEND processes, including annual reviews, Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) administration, external agency liaison, alternative provision coordination, student support and SEND compliance activities. You will help ensure that students with SEND receive the support they need to thrive academically, socially and emotionally.
