An established industry player is seeking a SEND Legal Monitoring and Quality Assurance Officer to join their dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing complaints and appeals, ensuring that children and young people with special educational needs receive the right support. Fixed term (1 year). This is a new post, and its impact on services will be reviewed, with the possibility of extending the contract term.

As a SEND Legal Monitoring and Quality Assurance Officer you will be part of the SEND Support, Assessment and Review Team and will take a lead in managing complaints and mediations and appeals to the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal (SENDIST). We are seeking an experienced SEND professional with a comprehensive understanding of the SEND Code of Practice.
