SEND Learning Support Practitioner - WF7
Location: WF7, West Yorkshire
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier if available)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
Salary: 95- 110 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Prospero Teaching is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive school in the WF7 area that is seeking a dedicated SEND Learning Support Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a supportive educational environment, working closely with pupils who require additional support to thrive in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs
Support pupils in accessing learning across the curriculum
Implement tailored learning strategies in collaboration with the class teacher and SENCO
Monitor and track student progress, helping to adapt support as required
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Experience working with children or young people with SEND (in school or alternative settings)
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced Child DBS (or be willing to apply for one through Prospero Teaching)
