Philosophy Education is seeking a Learning Support Assistant in Enfield to support children with SEND in a dedicated primary school setting. Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEND.

• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider staff team to deliver individual support plans.
• Creating a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
