Job summary

Elementa Support Services Ltd is recruiting SEND Learning Support Assistants to work in schools across Harrow. The roles are in short-term, temporary, fixed-term, temp-perm and permanent opportunities, with both full-time and part-time hours.

The location is Harrow, with daily pay between £90 and £110 based on experience. As a SEND Learning Support Assistant, you will support pupils with SEND, assist with learning activities, and work closely with teachers to create an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• We are seeking caring, reliable individuals with a passion for supporting children with SEND.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience in schools is desirable but not essential; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEND.
• Assist with additional learning needs, and support positive behaviour in class.
• Work closely with teachers and other professionals to promote an inclusive learning environment.
