SEND Learning Support Assistant - ASC, SEMH
Type: Permanent

Salary: £20,343 - £28,669

Elementa is recruiting for an SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a special school for children with SEND, primarily related to ASC and SEMH. This specialist education provider supports students across primary and secondary phases using a therapeutic approach. All students have an EHCP, often related to SEMH, ASC, and anxiety. The school focuses on a holistic and creative educational approach to help learners achieve their full potential.

The school has been fully renovated in the last 3 years and offers a modern workplace. It supports learners aged 5-18 across two sites, with amenities including an onsite farm and a coffee shop.

The successful applicant will be expected to safeguard students, promote and support their educational and therapeutic needs, collaborate with colleagues, and support learners using a bespoke curriculum and resources.

This role is not suitable for candidates requiring sponsorship, or without UK teaching or SEND experience.
