Job Title: SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

The school is looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) who is comfortable working with pupils who have Special Educational Needs / SEND. They can offer day-to-day, part-time, and long-term roles. The successful Learning Support Assistant (LSA) must support pupils both 1-2-1 and in small groups, demonstrate empathy, enthusiasm, and adapt to the needs of each pupil.

The Successful SEND Learning Support Assistant (LSA) will have:

  1. A passion for working with SEND students
  2. Experience working with children with additional needs / disabilities
  3. Experience working with students who have SEMH needs
