Part of Little Hayes and Speedwell Nursery Schools Federation

SEND Support Early Years Practitioner BG5

29.5 hours per week

Mon, Thur, Fri 8.30am -2.30pm & Wed 8.30am-3.30pm

30 mins lunch break

Between £12.65 to £12.85 per hour gross

One year fixed term contract, Term time only

We are looking for a SEND Support Early Years Practitioner who:

•Is committed to building warm, respectful professional relationships with 2, 3 and 4 year olds and their families

• Has experience of working with children with additional needs

• Can scaffold children’s learning and lead learning in a range of SEND intervention groups

• Can work with the team to create and maintain an inspiring learning environment

• Has excellent communication skills and can work positively in a team

• Is observant to all children’s attempts to communicate and can foster children’s skills to express themselves.

• Can work with the team to ensure all children’s safety in our busy nursery environment
