Exciting Opportunity: Make a Real Impact as an LSA/TA/Care Assistant/SEND Support Worker!

Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of children and vulnerable adults? Do you have a passion for supporting those with special needs? Whether you're new to social care or have personal experience with SEND, we want YOU!

Protocol Education is looking for compassionate individuals to join a SEND provision in Benfleet as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA).

This role involves working with students with various special needs such as ASD, SEMH, MLD, SLD, PMLD, or those with Statements of Educational Need. No experience? No problem! If you are driven to make a positive impact, we will support your success in this role!

You will be an inspiration to students, providing encouragement, building strong relationships, fostering a positive learning environment, and empowering students to reach their full potential.

Pay rates include statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary role, with potential for permanence later.
