Weston College Group in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a SEND Lead to oversee support for a caseload of students with SEND, particularly those with EHCPs. You will line-manage a group of Learning Support Assistants, ensuring timely resources and interventions that build independence.

This full-time maternity cover role is 37 hours per week, based on-site across our Weston-super-Mare campuses; interviews will take place on-site. We value inclusivity and support applicants with adjustments.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting learners with SEND or additional learning needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in education settings.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation of workloads and activities.

Aufgaben

• Line manage a group of LSAs, oversee practice and performance.
• Allocate LSAs to meet student needs and manage timetables efficiently.
• Support use of digital resources and assistive tech to build student independence.
• Liaise with teaching staff and managers to ensure collaborative student support.
