Job Description:

We are recruiting for a passionate individual to join our team at an Additional Resource Provision (ARP) in Harold Hood, Havering.

Role and Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality support to students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Lead small group sessions and assist in planning and delivering tailored interventions.

Support the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).

Work collaboratively with teachers and external professionals to meet the diverse needs of students.

Act as a role model and mentor to support staff members.

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

Experience working with students with a range of SEND needs.

Strong understanding of SEND practices and interventions.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
