Job summary

Fleet Education Services is seeking KS1 - KS4 tutors for in-person tuition across Bexley. You will deliver personalised lessons, report progress, and support learners both academically and emotionally.

A completed degree or Level 6, 6 months UK tutoring experience, and valid UK work rights are required. The role emphasises SEND/SEMH experience and close collaboration with families and schools.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree or Level 6 qualification.
• At least 6 months of teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
• Right to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on working hours.
• Experience with SEND and SEMH.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person tuition in learners' homes, schools or public settings.
• Plan and deliver personalised, engaging lessons.
• Maintain progression with accurate session reports and constructive feedback.
• Liaise with parents, carers, social workers, SENCOs and other professionals.
