Job summary

Fleet Education Services is seeking KS1 - KS4 tutors to support learners across Southwark through in-person tuition. This role offers more than tutoring, aiming to transform lives by helping every learner thrive with academic and emotional support.

You’ll deliver personalised lessons, maintain progression with session reports, and liaise with parents and professionals while enjoying flexible hours and ongoing professional development through CPD-accredited training.

Qualifications

• A completed Bachelor's degree or Level 6 qualification.
• Prior 6 months’ teaching or tutoring experience in the UK.
• Right to live and work in the UK with no restrictions on working hours.
• Experience with Special Educational Needs and Social Emotional Mental Health.

Responsibilities

• Delivering in-person tuition in learner's homes, school or public setting.
• Planning and delivering personalised, engaging lessons.
• Maintaining progression by submitting accurate session reports and providing constructive feedback.
• Liaising with parents, carers, social workers, SENCO's and other professionals.
