An exciting opportunity has arisen for suitably experienced individuals to join Lincolnshire County Council's Children's Services as a Job Coach based at our Lincoln site.

Here at InspireU we deliver study programmes to local people aged between 16 – 24 years old, who may have behavioural issues or need support academically. Our learners are with us to complete lessons in Maths, English and Preparing for Adulthood and work experience. As a Job Coach, you will be supporting them in the community to access local employers and support them on the job within a variety of work experience placements.
