We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day delivery of our SEND projects and Post 16 Sufficiency action plan. Working alongside the Development Manager (SEND Employability), you'll play a key role in driving this exciting initiative.

We're looking for someone who is a passionate advocate for young people with SEND and shares our vision for inclusive progression into adulthood and employment. You should have proven experience in project coordination and working across multiple agencies, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong, effective relationships. Your ability to influence and negotiate will be vital in delivering complex initiatives. A solid understanding of the education and training landscape, Supported Employment principles, and the needs of young people with SEND is essential.
