SEND Education Mental Health Practitioner - ASC, SEMH

Type: Permanent

Hours: Full-Time

Location: Bridgwater

Start: 01/09/2025

Salary: GBP20,343 - GBP28,669

About the Role

Elementa is recruiting a SEND Educational Mental Health Practitioner to join a special school supporting children with SEND, mainly related to ASC and SEMH. This specialist school offers a holistic and creative educational approach, supporting students across primary and secondary phases, all with EHCPs related to SEMH, ASC, and anxiety. The school has recently been renovated and provides a stimulating environment with facilities such as an onsite farm and coffee shop, supporting learners aged 5-18 across two sites.

Additional Information

This role is not suitable for candidates requiring sponsorship or without UK teaching and SEND experience. All applicants will undergo pre-screening, and a DBS Enhanced Disclosure will be required (cost approximately GBP62.70 unless subscribed to the Update Service).
