Job summary

Kids Planet Wythenshawe is hiring a SEND Early Years Lead to shape learning for children with SEND, collaborating with families, staff and external agencies to design tailored support plans. You will promote inclusive practices and lead multi-disciplinary approaches to help every child thrive.

Must be Level 3 qualified in a UK early years qualification, with senior-level experience and strong Ofsted/EYFS safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification and senior-level experience.
• Detailed understanding of Ofsted requirements and EYFS.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge and experience working with children with SEND.
• Experience partnering with parents and external agencies.
